Salesforce Add-on: High-Velocity Sales

Salesforce gives some interesting solutions with Sales Cadence Builder that is included as a part of High Velocity Sales add-on that costs $75 per user per month. It has a package rate of $90 for Lightning Dialer (with only Outbound calling).
What does it include?
A Sales Cadence is simply a sequence of sales activities that you follow for certain leads. For example, if you offer a free consultation on your website and someone fills out the form, the cadence is the list of things you do to reach the final stage: scheduling the first meeting with the sales team. In this product, Salesforce provides the ability to build a sales cadence with different outreach steps depending on the results of call or email.
What is unique about it:
Pardot and Marketing Cloud are known to provide email engagement; it is included as a part of the Sales Cadence builder. – No need to use complex process builders and workflows to achieve a Sales cadence.
A visual designer (see picture below) makes it easy for business owners and IT team to change the cadence depending on market situation. If you are running an ad campaign, you can expect more conversions and hence you can tailor the cadence only for the period and put it back later.
As of Spring ’20 release, listener branch steps let sales managers (and not IT team) choose the outreach steps based on prospect engagement after a wait time. See pic below.
Work queue component (pictured below) is a very useful component that saves gets the work pipeline docked nicely. This can improve the productivity of the inside sales team. With a list of items to do appearing clearly, the inside sales team productivity is guaranteed for sure.
Einstein Lead Score
The lead scoring is done by Einstein automatically and shown to the user alongside.
How does it compare?
Salesforce Cloud Einstein package at $50 per user per month includes Einstein Lead Scoring, Einstein Opportunity & Account Insights, and Einstein Activity Capture. If you are focused on Inside sales efficiencies, High Velocity Sales is a better add-on.
Is it for you?
If your Sales cadence is simple, not as complex as any of the pictures illustrate above, you do not need this high-velocity sales add-on.
If you use any solution round robin distribution for inbound leads then, you will need an additional Sales Cloud Lightning Dialer Inbound at $5 per user along with Round Robin Distributor product by Mirketa.
If you have a diverse user base and have a simple expectation on intelligent lead scoring, Einstein Lead scoring product included in this add-on will come in handy. If you have a more complex prediction need that involves parameters that you want to choose from and the algorithms that you can select from, go for Einstein Predictions that costs $75 per user per month. For any custom need, you can look at home grown machine learning solutions such as Delphi by Mirketa.
If you have a stand-alone call center kind of operation, you can do with a simple CTI solution from Salesforce or other vendors in the market such as Dialpad.
Salesforce Metadata Dependency

SALESFORCE MOBILE WEB EXPERIENCE RETIREMENT
Salesforce admin application cannot be accessed from mobile browser from July 2020. You have to access it only from Salesforce app. Communities will be still accessible from mobile browser.
SALESFORCE DATA BACKUP RECOVERY SERVICES RETIREMENT
Data Backup Recovery service from Salesforce enabled users to retrieve ‘lost’ data by putting up an explicit request with Salesforce for some cost. Salesforce will no longer provide data backup recovery services in case of any data loss as of July 31st, 2020.
