Roles and Responsibilities:

• Hire a team of Salesforce Certified Consultants that will work to define Salesforce Implementation Project Requirements and High-Level Solutions.
• Manage and groom a team of Salesforce Solution Consultants.
• Coach/Mentor team members on Agile Planning, Communication, P&L Management, Team Management, and other skills required to be successful in managing a project.
• Lead client workshops for requirements and process discovery.
• Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; provide application analysis and implementation to meet enterprise architecture and infrastructure goals.
• Lead client training sessions on the new process/systems as needed.
• Facilitate process and systems requirements discovery sessions with business and system stakeholders.
• Review and provide guidance for business processes documentation.
• Review system requirements including – Business Epics, User Stories, Data Flow Diagrams, Use Case Diagram, Business Entity
• Relationship Models, System Flow Diagrams, UI Wireframes, User Personas, Class Diagrams, etc.
• Help clients manage the complexity inherent with technology change, from requirements planning to architecture, testing to deployment, and beyond, helping to link their IT programs to organizational goals.
• Participate in reviews and demos with the client to track ongoing development.
• Create and or review project execution plan and manage the development project.
• Manage a portfolio of client projects.

Candidate Profile

• Must have managed a team of 10 or more business analysts and project managers.
• Must have 12+ years of experience in software development projects as business systems analysts/Product Owner and project manager/Scrum Master.
• Nice to have 4+ years of experience in leading requirements and implementation phase of Salesforce projects.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have excellent meeting facilitation skills and presentation skills.
• Must have technical background to understand the basic building blocks of the software.
• Must be comfortable with working in a small startup environment with limited resources.
• Must have experience working with Agile team.
• Must be able to work under pressure with tight timelines.
• Must be able to think of solutions and influence people towards solutions.
• Nice to have: Salesforce Consultant certifications.
• Must be able to plan work and manage team deliverables.
• Must have: Consulting background.
• Self-motivated individual who exhibits a sense of urgency in completing tasks.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree.
