We’re seeking Salesforce Consultants to work closely with our Salesforce Developers to drive the overall adoption, optimization, and ongoing iteration of the Salesforce platform, leveraging multiple integrations and different technologies.
As our Salesforce Consultant, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities, and creative flair to support, advise, design, build, deliver, and maintain client’s Salesforce ecosystem end to end. You will be responsible for analysing a situation and providing a fresh perspective. You will discover the most suitable solutions whether it is proposing a new IT system or implementing a full strategic plan. A major part of the role would be the client relationship management as you’ll be the face of the organization with the client. This will require you to be involved in understanding the existing business flow, process re-engineering the business flow, developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, and configuration alongside system testing, deployment, and client adaption of the new built system.
Based on interview performances, candidate’s skill sets, and Organization needs, you’ll be assigned Projects and Products to work on.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Play the Product Owner/Scrum Master role on Aglie Projects.
- Lead/Participate discovery sessions along with the technical team for the clients to understand and elicit business requirements.
- Prepare and maintain the client’s product backlog which defines product enhancements for short- and long-term releases based on client’s business opportunities and market research.
- Develop wireframes and detailed Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) for the proposed development requirements.
- Adopt and evangelize the working style of Agile, and Scrum methods for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Propose, maintain, and monitor project budgeting giving all the major stakeholder a clear view.
- Identify project issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve them.
- Assist senior management in the formulation of strategies around new client acquisition and mining the existing clients.
- Observe the market to see what strategies are being implemented and to stay ahead of the game in delivering the best to our clients. Build and implement strategies focused on customer service.
- Analyze and nurture potential partner relationships for Mirketa’s brand building and new business generation opportunities.
- Work with sales teams and other contributors to evaluate and prioritize opportunities and develop strategy.
- Validate marketing plans and their implementation costing versus market potential and future predictable revenue.
- Become subject matter experts in Salesforce consulting space and provide vision and leadership to technology R&D efforts.
- Monitor and analyze new technologies and inform the company of their potential applications to our business. Conduct and lead forward looking research studies.
- Be responsible for project Go-Live and release plans. Coordinate go-lives with all the internal and external stakeholders.
- Help develop and deploy key communication strategies for the Projects. (Including Release documentation, demonstrations, and weekly Reports.)
- Collaborate with technology to create strategies by which technology will be developed or adapted to meet market needs and leverage opportunities. (e.g., Buy/Build decisions)
- Develop and when necessary, deliver concise and meaningful presentations for internal and external audiences, including education and training of internal teams, training of support groups, train the trainer programs, and presentations at symposia, trade shows, and key customer accounts.
- Work with the project team to develop project training plans internally and externally.
Candidate Profile:
- Applications from IIMs, IIT- DMS, Symbiosis, XLRI, FMS, Fore School, LBS, KJ Somaiya and other Tops B Schools will only be considerable for this position.
- Minimum 70% Marks is mandatory in schooling & graduation.
- Software engineering background, ability to discuss technical issues and identify solutions that meet project/product requirements.
- Ability for working/assisting/managing a creative development team, and an environment that encourages new ideas and innovation.
- Experience in participating/leading dynamic brainstorming sessions.
- Highly entrepreneurial self-starter.
- Ability for defining objectives and producing deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong blend of analytical, decision-making, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Plus: Demonstrated experience assisting with & managing end-to-end project implementation. The full software development lifecycle, including requirement specifications assessment, sizing, budgeting, development, testing, deployment, training, and client’s adoption to the new system.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
Remuneration and related terms
- Selected students initially will undergo a training as Management Trainees period for 9 months and the CTC package would be Rs.11.00 LPA. After successful completion of training, the title would be revised as Salesforce Consultant or Project Manager based on the evaluated work experience and caliber.
- Selected students will sign a service agreement as a Career Flyer program for 24 months to upgrade their technical skills, soft skills, and professional knowledge in rendering my services, and on breaching the terms and conditions, the employee is liable to pay 2 Lakh rupees.
