The client is a San Francisco based Event Management company. It selected Salesforce to manage its sales process. The company hired Mirketa to configure and customize the Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Defined the processes for Account Management, Contacts Management, Opportunity, Service Offerings, Quote, Order Management and Case Management. Also, defined processes for project and budget management for the end client projects. Configured Salesforce organizational (global settings, accessibility, role, permissions) and configured views and workflows. Created custom functions for project and budget management.
Salesforce .com is used as the only system to manage sales and track client projects.Back
